Anybody else having cashoutproblems this week @ fulltilt? I requested a cashout last sunday (08/11) and it still isn't processed, normally i have it in my bankaccount within 24 hours but this time it takes very long, just the one time i really need it bad. I have got response to my email, but just an autoresponse, saying they're very busy and try to process it within 48 hours, it has been 48 hours and it still isn't processed. Anybody else cashed out since sunday. Im going crazy, keep in mind i was expecting the money on monday, and i cant do anything about it, i can only wait it seems. Can i call them on the phone, should i call them?

Yes. What are you waiting on? Seems to me there's something wrong ( maybe in their financial or customer office ). Of course I don't think they have a serious problem but if you want to stay sure it's better to contact them, via phone call. I'm sure you will solve the problem fastly
It's a banktransfer, like always, I send them another email today. Let's see what happens. Thx for the replies, guys. If tomorrow still isn't processed I will call them, they take too long (1 day) to reply to my emails. Normally it will be processed within a couple of hours, now it's 3 days. Weird, and they tell me i did everything right.

I got an email from ft saying there were alot of withdrawals and theyre so busy. C'mon, just one click to aprove, it's not a million dollars. Just have to wait, that's what they said.. funny.
Xaero, I know you frenchies are not the brightest when it's not about cheese or bodyhair but this is about FullTilt, not about MB. At MB it takes 3-5 workdays.

You probably smoke too much weed and the connexion in your brain must be quite slow so you can't understand what i said, i make a withdrawal from fulltilt to my mb account and it's still in process when i display the history window on fulltilt.

if you got an email saying they have a lot of withdrawal and are busy then don't worry you'll get money in your account though will take some time. fulltilt is a trusted site and won't scam your money

I'm too waiting on a cashout, the last week they are processing everything kinda very slow. Might be some cash flow problems or the big tournament cashouts they sponsor.
