We just received this 'user review' at pokerstars:
big cheaters i heve ak flop ak2 man go al i cals he shows a6 tur 6 river 6 what you want to say and onder i play cash game donk go al in on 109 i call kk flop 101010 were is that hapened forgot pokerstars bigest cheaters on planet
Rating: 1 / 10
I don't mean to pick on the user who posted that review, I'm sure he was quite mad at loosing that hand.
But should we let such reviews be active, as his 1/10 rating will surely drag down the average "user rating" of pokerstars...
What do you think?

Of course u have to delete it! In any Statistics study, u have to calculate an average and then eliminate every case that shows a large diference from the deviation
------------ Trust me I had a good grade at that discipline
Stars has a lot of reviews. So that 1/10 will not have that huge impact on the average.
Yes you're right. But if it was posted on some of the other pokersites, with less reviews, it might make a difference.
----------- I see what you mean. If that's the case, be glad that person doesn't play on Cake. They would have the entire review section full of bad beats and how the site is rigged. There are some crazy players/bad beats that go down there. Delete it, it's just another bad beat story.

i think based on his comments.. its pretty much more towards ranting and spelling out his mishappenings which probably have cleared his account.. it doesnt really reflects the services in terms of software(speed/bugs/usability) and other stuffs like payment processing as a "Review" should be.. rather its more towards his own plays and nothing more..

Easy ........DELETE .......... Not a review and its impossible to read due to the spelling..I understand everyone should be entitled to a opinion, but complaining about bad beats dose not make a review, if he didn't like the software, was complaining about how hard it was to deposit, withdraw or something like that fine ....... but if it had spelling errors like in his one i would still delete it, we should be able to read and understand a review without guessing what some misspelled word means(even i spelt words wrong in this but the spell checker sorts them out if you take the time to use it)
Seems more like a review of a bad player rather than a review of the site (?) In conclusion, pretty much should be deleted as its really not useful to anyone considering joining.
Ok, so like everybody else I also say, just delete the post, but to the player, I would send him a warning email saying that bad beat posts are suposed to be posted on the poker forum instead of on the review section. Maybe he's a new player who doens't really know the site. I would not ban the guy, but if he does posts like this repededly you might consider a ban for a week or something.

You could discount the top 2 (or whatever ) and bottom 2 ratings for each pokersite. There is a name for this type of average but I just can't think of it. It eliminates all irrational results in comparison to everything else.

Leave it alone, you cant go around removing bad reviws no matter how stupid they are. PPl will read the reviews and when the see its a mixed bag they know its not editid to suit, then also they will read it and think that guy was on tilt and know actually its not a reviw but a rant and it will be ignored, but reasure the reviws are no filterd. But if it becomes a regular thing then thats when there should be some restrictins on what is a reviw.
