I earned over 2000 vip points yesterday alone (not sure of total so far) but I have not received the bonus. It said the prize would be credited within 24 hours so I figured it should come in today sometime.

Okay I have now earned around 4000 points but I have not received any of the bonus/prizes. Should I contact bigbetsupport or is everyone else getting the same delay?

I have not played for a few weeks, but still not got my $50 for hitting the first 2k mark.
I checked against news and I was over 2000 before 17th December, even though it says I only had 1446 points.
How are the race points worked out?
Is it BigBet Live Chat I need to talk to, or Live Chat here at Bankrolll Mob? I left a message at BigBet before Xmas and heard nothing back.
