We need to have you on a list from BRM. If you didn't sign up for the NDB on BigBet we have no way of knowing where you're from so you wouldn't automatically get the coupon. Simply come on Live Chat and we'll either issue the coupon if we can see you're tracked via BRM or we'll ask you to contact BRM for them to approve you to enter their private events.
