i looked at bankrolls and it said no countrys banned from doing this promo just u will reacive 2000.00 in tourey buy ins when i went to start a account the software says we dont take players fromur country it said usa on there that could can anybody help me with this???????

Celeb poker is on the IPoker network. And they do not accept players from the US there. I guess the Players Only bonus is the only one for US citizens at this moment.

Due to technical reasons, we cannot use our normal system to display a list of banned countries for this bonus, as banned countries will receive a different kind of bonus instead of nothing at all.
Here's what the text offer says:
"If you're from one of the banned countries (listed on Celeb Poker during signup), you will receive a different bonus: $180 in bonus money and 100 CPPs to buy in for a total of $2000 in free tournaments. "
What ever might happen after that (ie. at Celeb Poker), you will have to contact them about.

Read first reply. No US on Ipoker. It's not about the BRM offers or banned countries but the actual poker network itself does not allow US. Can't be fixed for you unless the U.S changes it's laws.

I registered to Celeb 2 days ago. I'm from Poland so they gave me different bonus, to start with freerolls. I had the same problem with software (my antivirus found somth, but when i used "no action" from antivirus i finally downloaded it and instaled). Other thing is - i had the problem, becouse direct link to download was crashed. I dowload the software directly from Celeb Poker page, and it works. I hope it gonna help some of you lads and sorry for my english (it's much better when i speak ) Cheers
