I just acumulated 500 comp point, and in doing so im entitled to the additional $25 on pacific poker. According to the promotion here on bankrollmob, the bonus should be added instantly and without any hazzle, however ive not received the additional bonus, and i dont know if i should contact pacific live help or not.

Well in case of additional bonus count it need usualy to contact online / or some kind of support .. so you probably just need to write email or so and they will give you next 25$

Online support should be the answer. If it's instant Pacific is arranging the 25 extra. (BRM cant see instantly when you received the 500 comp. points) I'd suggest you e-mail support regarding this issue.
