Eric: Allow me a few moments in order to review your account and work on your request
evilgenius: Account ID when trying to withdraw through Neteller, would that be the email used to create the account or the account number?
Eric: Allow me a few moments in order to review your account and work on your request
Eric: actually since you are from Sweden
Eric: you are not allowed to claim these winnings
Eric: as percasino rules
evilgenius: How come?
Eric: you are not eligible to claim free chips
evilgenius: I didnt find that anywhere in ToC?
Eric: http://www.prismcasino.com/terms_conditions.php
Eric: #6
evilgenius: But #6 only speaks about match-bonuses if im not confused?
evilgenius: The free-chip-bonus is only mentioned in the case of italy
Eric: actually
Eric: check this
Eric: http://www.prismcasino.com/terms_conditions1.php
evilgenius: Awh...
evilgenius: Well that really sucked. How come you do not allow free-chip bonuses to theese countries?
Eric: company policy
Eric: sorry about any inconvenience this may cause
evilgenius: Wait a second. How come I got the ToC from PrismCasino when I have been playing at slots of vegas?
Eric: they are basically the same casino
evilgenius: But why do they have different names and ToCs then?
Eric: different skin
evilgenius: But that list cant be found on the slotsofvegas site?
evilgenius: And I belive you'll have different accounts for the different sites?
Eric: http://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.php
evilgenius: Players from certain geographical areas must play twice the stated play through rules, are not entitled to fully cashable bonuses and are not entitled to redeem free chips: Denmark, Australia, China, Israel, Austria, Poland, Finland
evilgenius: aha found it now, so basiclly you dont want customers from any country at all?
Eric: continue reading please
Eric: you will find your country listed below
evilgenius: I found it, but if I am not allowed to play at all using real money, how come I can select Sweden in the list when creating a real-money account?
evilgenius: Assume I lost the money and made a deposit, wouldnt I be able to withdraw that either?
Eric: you are not entitled to claim these winnings
Eric: as per casino rules
Eric: sweden is not entitled to claim free chips
evilgenius: Nor to play at all according to the list?
Eric: and these winnings are coming from free chips redemptions
evilgenius: Id like to know if there is any idea to keep the casino installed, I liked the games and so, but will I be eligable for any withdraws if I deposit?
evilgenius: Assuming I win with deposited money
Eric: you can play for real money
Eric: after your first deposit
Eric: you can claim some more chip s
evilgenius: Players from the countries listed below are prohibited from playing with real money or to take advantage of any free chip offer. We apologize to these customers for any inconvenience. The countries are the following: Sweden,
evilgenius: So prohibited means forbidden when it comes to claiming chips, but it means allowed when it comes to real money?
Eric: indeed
evilgenius: Well that sounds quite wrong?
Eric: you can play for real money
Eric: you can not claim free chips

evilgenius: Im prohibited to do both according to the text. But you say i am free to deposit and play?
Eric: we can check your acc after your first deposit
Eric: in order to credit your acc with some free chip
Eric: so
Eric: what i mean is
Eric: thatt first you need to play for real money
evilgenius: Sounds strange...
evilgenius: Could I get a copy of the chathistory sent to my e-mail?
Eric: you can ask for a copy at the end of this chat
Eric: you will asked to save a copy
evilgenius: Okay

Anyone seen this ToC before?:
http://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.php

I have a feeling that it actually changed while reading. After checking internet I found out that this casino is a big no-no. So no 1k USD for me then Sad

The fishiest part is that he wants me to deposit, while it states that I cannot play at all. Im confused. Anyone else had this kind of experience?

Edit: Wouldn't the bolded part of the text actually be considered a fraud attempt?

Edit 2: Actually the second ToC he gave me cant be found through the site....

Prism and Slots of Vegas are indeed two skins of the same casino. Both are part of the Virtual Group, who has a less than stellar reputation. Cool

Would not call that bolded part fraud. The casino can give FREE (!) money to whoever they choose, or whoever they exclude. BRM bonuses for example, have country restrictions too. That is common practice.

And i don't think the max cashout for the free chip would be 1k anyway. Those are usually capped at $100-200.

The ToC he gave me said that both free chips, and playing with your own money is prohibited when your from sweden.

Then he wanted me to make a deposit, even though I was prohibited to play? Thats what I would call fraud-attempt. He wants me to deposit when I am not allowed to play with the money.

Cashout in the software they use works like this:
1. Play until you clear bonus
2. Max cashout (In this case 88$) is credited to your account
3. Your free to do whatever you want with that.

But as I said, I cant remember seeing that when creating the account. Even though the ToCs clearly states I am not eligable to play there. Even wierder is that I could select Sweden when creating the account...

Looked forward to it so much, thats why I am so disapointed. None of my own money lost though.

If you want to play online casino why dont you stick to a pokerroom that offers casino gambling ? It is much more secure and offers bonuses in casino play too ...

Well, I know of a few casinos. But due to bad economy (Company im working for is going really bad) I have been looking for free chips. I can't afford to use my private money to gamble.

But I recovered from the loss now, gonna be more careful in the future. Was a misstake from my side.

Also relized, the that one of thoose ToCs can't be found from the casinosite Aww crap!

Seems shady...I hate the loopholes they try to put in place just for not delivering the bonus / winnings. btw, playing what casino games did you manage to get winnings? BJ? craps? slots?

Slots only.

Started with 2$ bets, won a few hundred and made the bets 5$. Hit big after a while (1k+) and figured I'll bet 100$per click to clear the bonus (Since I wouldn't be getting more than 88$ anyways). Played down to 250$ when I hit 1.2k$. Clicked once more and then I wondered if I hadn't cleared the bonus yet.

Went to the cashier, and relized I cleared the bonus playing 5$ bets, and had a "Withdrawable" amount of 1064$. Well, at least I thought...

ahh similar thing happened to me...than i did some research and found they have been put on the Rogue list and have been on it some time ....

The entire Virtual Casino group is rogue.

Whether it's stealing from the players, or actually physically assaulting and threatening the lives of it's players.

***link removed, site promotes casino bonuses. against our forum rules /admin ***

The fact that BRM promotes these casinos is just another indication of how crooked this site is.

This is just ONE example of how they operate:

The problem: Firstly I would like to apologise for not using my real alias as I am quite petrified by this group and I would like you to know the story.A year ago I was playing at Cirrus Casino and lost around $x,xxx no big deal.a couple of weeks later I started to gamble on sports at an outfit known as Royal Sports betroyal.com. I deposited $x,xxx and built my balance through playing Teasers to $x,xxx. I then requested a cashout a modest amount - not too high. I got told by them I need to wait as they wish evaluate my play. So I did.

A couple of weeks later while I was in Costa Rica I decided to stop by in a place called Office Centro near Sabana Park. They were based on the 7th building of office centro on the 7th floor. Same building as another book I gamble at called Bodog. Betroyal and Cirrus I found out are owned by the same guy Tej Kohli Soon as I arrived on the 7th floor and introduced myself I was met by some sinster columbian looking bodyguards dressed in slick suits. Also by an acne covered indian guy in his mid 40s who appeared to be screaming his head off at some guys in the office. Not a great way to meet the owner I later found out. Anyway I was asked to leave of which I did, after spending less than 10 minutes then made my way to a resturant to grab some food. Little did I know the security guards followed me all the way there and warned me by hitting me around never to ask ever again about a cashout or mention on forums or they will have me killed. They also hit me around a few times which took me by total surprise. As you can imagine this put me off online gambling for life... and only recently after seeing some good operations such as VIP etc... have I started gambling online. People like this group need to be put to rest and never allowed to operate an online gambling outfit or any business. We need to join together and fight this crime...
