We're used to bad beat stories all the time so here's a story from the other side of that cliff. One lucky BankrollMob member, won two times in our 4-day old Christmas Calendar. Not just any two days, but two days right after each other.
And as if that's not enough, he even won the same prize both times. An Apple iPod Shuffle 4GB sponsored by Cool Hand Poker.
Congratulations with your iPod's, Ma[...] Read more » Lucky Mob Member Wins Christmas Calendar Prize Twice

This is what christmas is all about isn't it? Giving expensive duplicate gifts to someone you've never heard of whilst giving those close to you nothing and watching them squirm whilst you brag about it!
merry f****** xmas everyone.

Posted by awood88: Nowhere does it say how the prizes are allocated. It doesn't say whether the prize you get is determined by the second that you click on the door. Nor does it say that all members have an equal chance of winning.
Don't want to sound too skeptical or ungrateful but I would like to know how the winners are chosen. Is it dependent on what bonuses you have taken, your status at BRM, your country etc or is there like nietopereek is saying a best time to click? I would just like to know if it's even likely that I will win anything from this promo.
Everybody with an Approved Mob account can click a door every day, no body has a bigger chance than others. It's quite simple actually. Based on average clicks per day in the past and what we expect on any given day, we simply divide that number with how many prizes are available for that given day and that's the odds of winning. Like you have 1 in 220 (I think) odds of being dealt AA, then you have 1 in something to get through and win a prize. What prize you win is decided randomly by the database among the available prizes.

I love the way they say keep coming back and trying again tomorrow...
I've been doing it on the safe, and every other competition and never win a thing...
Guess I shouldnt have told BRM their affiliate payments sucked.. If I'd just stopped posting and said nothing then I'd be loaded up with prizes

Rather a strange analogy. The draw to AA. The big difference is that the same cards are shuffled and dealt at the same time and dealt to the same people. The draw however is completely at random.
I could click on a door at 9am one day then 9pm the next day... Are you saying I have the same chance of winning the same prizes no matter what time of day I click on the door ? If I click on the door at 1 minute to midnight then the chances are the best prizes have already been gone. If I however click on the door at 1 minute past midnight then all the prizes are still available...
To suggest that this draw is comparable to getting dealt AA is ridiculously wrong. Its notihng like getting dealt cards because when dealt cards each player has an equal chance of getting the same cards. In the draw its dependant on time of day, what prizes are left, how many people have already won, how many havent...

I have been wondering the exact same thing ... the best chance to win a prize is probably very early in that day.
