So, many of us have strategies to avoid those deadly tilting rampages, and others don´t, they simply lose all their bankroll due to a childish tilt!
Please share with us YOUR anti-tilting strategy!
Mine was simple, as mentioned before, I put up a punching bag, so everytime I lose to a bad beat, I simply run over to the punching bag and let it rip! It works out great, because after I get the anger out of my system, I can go back to playing like nothing happened.

I'm definitely one of the tilt machines. Recently I didn't do anything about it, and it cost me a harsh lesson too.
Poker is sometimes quite hard to walk away from you see. But I recall that some fresh air and something stronger to drink will freshen and clear up your mind.

One more question! After you lose everything in a table, do you rebuy and continue to play on the same table, or do you leave and find somewhere different to play?

I leave, quite pissed off too. And then I'll try to stay away from poker for a week or more. Guess that's some kind of anti-tilt method for me too.
Though when I finally sit down at the table again, it's impossible to leave it so I'm back in my good old tilt seat.

What I usually do as anti-tilting would be to go out and shout, sometimes take a walk, after that i'm good to go.
after losing everything on the table, i leave the table a find a new one, when i'm having a straight bad luck, then i would usually stop playing for the day.
