If it's a ring game, I reload my chips and make a note about the player and his range. But it is important not to become fixated only on getting revenge. You have to be patient cos if this guy is a donk and calls with any cards you need to wait to be sure you have got him before you make a move and lose even more to him. Hopefully they don't leave the table first. bide your time. revenge is sweet.

That's what really bother me, even more if he leaves the table.
Well anyway my first thought is these things happen (if I'm playing cash, but If I'm playing a MTT my first thoughts are $%$)/%/)%&=(%/(%%·$"/ )

Yes best strategy is to wait and to let him believe to be a strong player. Calm and patience often award you Then if he's a bastard lucky fish winning with 83, 72, 23 ......no chances for you
First thought....always make notes and hope to run into that player again in the future. Second thought...wait for a good hand again and try to win back my money + more if I get the chance. But keep this in mind, don't chase or try to make plays happen with not so great cards, just sit back and watch them spread your money around to the other players at the table and hope you can recoup some of that money from the others. After all it is Christmas so he is just sharing yours with the others

I belive you need to not get angry but you do need to exact your revenge. You know he is a donk so just jot down a player note for him and wait for the perfect spot to snatch back your chips. I have done this in the past and its worked very well:- if you keep feeding him a few chips each opertunity you get just give a little re-raise and such leed him in to your trap by letting him think you'll be easy to walk over (but keep your wits about you) you'll soon be fleecing him for all his stack and possible a bit more when you come find him later.. Ofcourse you dont need to feed him to take all his chips but it does make it even sweeter when falls head first and over comfidently in to your trap, (they will never see it coming) hahaha

I voted the sh*t happens option, but I can't honestly say that I really abide to that rule myself Really, countless times I've lost quite a lot of money (well, a lot relative to my bankroll size, where 20$ is a lot), just for trying to get back at some moron and doing it in a really, really bad spot. I've decided I will work on my patience before going back to poker for a while...
