Thanks. I will in future.

You need to read the thread before replying.

------------
As for the bankroll builder promo, you will be taken off automatically, but if you contact support before you deposit you can ask them to let you stay on the promo as it says on the site.

Final post and conclusion.

So, I finally managed to complete my withdrawal from the site. It took a total of 9 days from when I first attempted to cashout. I guess I can't really complain at the end of the day; I start whining here and the head of BBP stepped in to sort my problems out.
However, I stand by a few things I have said. I wish it had been made clearer to me what was required to make a withdrawal before I made a deposit. The site really does not make it clear imo. That way I could have been sorting out the documents stress-free while I played, and by the time I came to make a deposit my account would already have been verified.
Also, support did not seem overly responsive regarding replying to emails, which all increased the wait time; aswell as getting my name wrong in an email, which may sound like nothing, but was pretty irksome to me considering how much the site supposedly value their security.

Despite my misgivings however, the site came good in the end. When I said earlier in the thread that perhaps I judged the site too hastily, I will now say that this was true. I have also neglected to mention things like the general software, which is of a high standard in my opinion. I do find it odd you cannot review your own details however, such as your name/address etc.

I also said I would be leaving BBP for good. Maybe this is no longer true. I may give the site another chance, now I have discovered they are honest, albeit a little slow.

Hopefully this thread can be used as constructive criticism/feedback, and not seen as an attempt to flame or whine. Although, hell, the site had me pretty mad on more than one occasion.

Over and out,
