Prefer to play no limit holdem or limit hold'em?

I like playing no limit holdem,

because the game has much more action,

much more than the limit hold'em and much more I enjoy playing no limit,

and you you think?

NL cuz in micro tables if u raise pre flop with aces every1 in the table will call and u will end up by loosing more than winning it

I enjoy both, it changes up the game every so often. Been playing some Omaha and Razz lately aswell.

I don't like limit at all but i only played in tournaments and they're so annyoing... everyone go into every pot with s**t....
Maybe at cash tables they are more fun.

I used to like pot limit more, but now I prefer no limit if for no other reason than your winnings can be quite a bit larger

Used to play NL. Limit hold'em is a completely different game, even if the rules are very similar. If it has to be fixed limit, a prefer Stud or Razz.

I'm playing only no limit holdem, because if i flop a set or top pair I want to defend my hand with a huge raise from flush or straight draws.

I prefer the NL version of this lovely game because it's more "spicy". Smile It's more dangerous too but the action and big bets are things that I'm looking for... Smile

especially in that online, this pair of aces are cracked nine times out of ten

I play mainly NL cash but will switch to Limit when I just want to play and get some action. Limit can be kind of fun at times. I like to play limit and practice different ways to extract more money out of the other players. Alot of people don't know how or why to bet in Limit so it makes it fun to play games with the other players because usually they don't catch on to what's happening until the last betting round is almost over.

prefer to play no limit ... limit holdem is completely different to play ...

I prefer NL, it's a combination of different factors
1, at the low limits I play, there are a lot of fish willing to stack off on a gutshot and so
2, again at the low limits I play, limit is impossible to win unless with a very strong hand, as said fish will chase anything to the river ("it's only one more bet..." ) Aww crap!

i play no limit and like it too, very rarely like once in a month i play limit when i feel like having some fun or get bored from no limit. but if i wanna play omaha i try limit sometimes

Eternal question. "I don't like Limit because fish don't fold and payout my hands." So? Isn't that the goal, our strong hands get paid out?
But the usual arguments are: "Is there any TV show about it?" or "Does durrr do those big bluffs like I want to do in FL? Does he even play it?", typical answer "No, so I don't like it."

The real thing is that you can be a bit more profitable playing FL than NL, respecting the 25Buyin minimum for NL and 300BB for FL bankroll managment rules.

NL 2h session with 3 bad beats: THE TRAGEDY, winrate destroyed, negative session.
FL 2h session with 3 bad beats: GREAT SESSION, huge winrate, upswing.

I really love NL Holdem. I think its more adrenaline involved Big Smile

Pot limit is good but u cant go all in pre flop or reraises all in and that kind of move makes the game more exciting Blink

Just played fl recently when i had to build up my bankroll Smile
Its the easiest way to play 16 tables ore more shorthanded
on the micro stakes.

People making such ridiculous moves..
But you have to stay calm, the "missing" allin button on the right
sometimes tilts.

I like making life interesting, so I love to play H.O.R.S.E. but mostly I play NLH with some omaha Smile
