I had a bit of hard time understanding post, but i think ur looking for info about rakeback. You should find info you are looking for on the website of pokerroom you are playing on or simply email support of your pokerrrom. Hope i helped you

I would think it is Players Only you have to email. Start with googling it, or even better, go to the website. There's bound to be an emailadresse there.
