But I can't see my points in the cashier, only my balance and where is my coupons?...a little help ?

I'm having the same problems with the new bigbet software...can't find anything about my coupons or points. Sad

know the feeling it is a terrible update .... cant see points either or balance needed to clear bonus or coupons plus they have a different name on my account ..... was talking to support and they said they will sort it out to day ... no change yet ... wait till to morrow and get in touch again ...if your reading this John ... very bad update ... last window gave much more info ....

It's somewhat less than ideal I have to admit.

The reason the account name is incorrect is simply that we don't share any information about our players (you) with the network. All your personal data is stored 'in-house' and this includes your name, email etc. As we use our own cashier this means that we have no need to pass any data to them and I'm sure people are happy that their info is stored in 1 place only.

We're working on the VIP points etc with the Network at the moment and they're flat out trying to get this resolved.

Sorry for the inconvinience caused and of course if you have any questions then please come on to Live Chat and we'll do our best to answer them.

ok john thanks ... i emailed them and got a reply about there looking into it .... but if you say not to worry i wont ..... hope you get the points sorted soon as i need to keep track where i am in the bankroll builder
