Only donkeys can win in the current game, I really believe that. Lost all respect for winning players after seeing the worst, most appalling players hit with rags and aggressive raises time after time. I now believe there's a LOT more luck to poker than I did 3 years ago, and I've been playing for a lot longer than that.
I used to win, now I just suffer suck out after suck out, so I don't deposit near as much.
Well, I win constantly but the stakes are low so the bankroll grows slowly...
I simply can't afford to pay my bills from poker play, espacially in Ireland where I live. Prices are crazy in here... However I hope to become a pro someday... I would be delighted to do it within next 2 years.

I would love to, once that would be the sign that i was making good money doing one of the things i enjoy the most: playing poker. But that is still not happening, and i am not making such a big effort to turn that a reality, because i have to ocupy my time with other things than playing and defining strategies of the game. Maybe when i retire i take more time to the game and, at that time, perhaps not for me, but who knows if i am going to make money to give my grandsons big hollidays and vacations!!!

Poker is not all, even if its great. I think you should make some useful thing if u play poker as a pro. I mean : nice, you are a poker pro, you win money... and all you can do is winning money : your work do not really bring something to the world. So why not play for an association if u are pro, or just use the money you won to make some study's....

Too many suckouts. Software seem to be designed to reward donks. Maybe it's best to stop playing online poker. In real life pocket aces won't lose 6 out of 7 times. It's either all in and everybody folding, or playing it a bit slower and people calling with rags and you end up losing it.

I don't think that is a good idea to play to pay your bills, cause that will change your gamestyle, and put some pressure on yourself, but if you can't find a job and your very good at poker then go for it
