What a idiotic mistake to tell the interviewer he had colluded with Townsend and got a little plan together... lets face it it was on the cards that some one will earn big time out of this Isador1 dude but i honestly thought it would be him...lol Why WHy WHy tell anyone what you have done? if you know its wrong and lets face it he would know. I think as he has been so dumb he should offer him his money back and play him again. I know this will never happen but after his idiotic out poor of truth ... make him suffer for bringing the game in to dissrepute. Fulltilt should kick him off the team.

Not only be kicked off the team, but isn't that grounds for having his account closed. After all, cheating is cheating and should be dealt with accordingly. If any of us did that isn't that what would happen to us?

what a stupid act by hastings, its true that a big chunk of players use trackers and databases but why accept it when u know its illegal? don't think isildur will get back his money tho unless he claims for it which i don't think he'll

as long as we do not know who isildur is, we cannot be sure he isn't using data from others. he may have played another account before and has the advantage to know who his opponents are. i wouldn't say he cheated, he just was prepared. he won't get his money back, but it would be fair if they tell him what his leaks are (so it would be an expensive coaching)
oh, and i think most of the players at least talk to other players about isildurs style and how to beat them, i think sharing data is not allowed, because people normally do not study it, but use it for pokertracker etc. which gives a big advantage against players you never played before

We can't know if Isildur1 cheated or not but one are first guilty when proven to be. Said in another way we can't justify someone cheating by saying well the other guy might have cheated too, we can only judge people who has been proven guilty of charge.
There is no doubt or discussion wether it's cheating or not, when you don't follow the rules of the site you play at....you are cheating.
