can someone explain this to me?...never used it before and wanna no do u get say 40% of ur own rake back or 40% of the rake spent on the table ur on including everyone else?..sorry had a hard time wording if it dont make sense
This depends, ..., if the room offers DEALT rakeback, this means you get 40% of the rake in total (doens't matter if you played or not, you just have to be dealt in). If they offer contributed rakedeals, than this means you only will recieve the 40% of the rake you actually put in the pot.
rooms that offer dealt rakeback are, Full Tilt, Cake and Ipoker network (this is not standard). I think if you want a good rakebackdeal, Cake is one of the best (weekly pay out, 33% I think!). Full tilt is normally 27%.

Yeah, it sounds a bit too good even for my inexperienced ears. Does this actually exist? I know you can get like points towards a bonus for every hand, even if you do not play, at Ipoker. But rakeback? I'm a taker!

Hi!!
I only know the system of rakeback at FTP. Example:
You do 90 FTP in a day. (without double points or things like that). Then your rake is: 90/9 or 90/6 (9 is FR tables, 6 is SH tables). If you play FR means you do 90/9 = 10$ of rake. 10$x27%= 2,7$ of rakeback (place 40% in your site).

used 40% as an example
Yes I will try but it's actually more complicated than you would think
Contributed RB deals:
Most RB deals are based on how much you contributed to the pot. So if you got a 40% RB deal and you paid/contributed $1(100 cent) in rake in the hand you will get 40 cent back. This method favours the loose player as you only get rakeback if you played the hand.
Googled example based on a 30% contributed RB deal:
Example 1a Continued: Additional information. Only two of the six players contributed to the pot. How much did each player earn?
MGR Earned for 2 of the 6 players = $3 / 2 = $1.50
Rakeback Earned = $1.50 * 0.3 = $0.45
Dealt method RB deals:
Everyone who received cards will devide the rake and get their RB % of the divided rake amount even if they folded preflop. This method favours the tight player because you earn rakeback when your opponents play a pot even when you folded preflop.
Googled example based on a 30% dealt method RB deal:
Example 1a: Six players were dealt into the hand and $3 in rake was taken from the pot.
1. How much money will each player’s MGR be credited with, from this hand? Since all six players were dealt into the hand, they split the $3, six ways.
MGR Earned = $3 / 6 = $0.50 each
Rakeback Earned (30% Deal) = $0.50 * 0.3 = $0.15
2. What percentage of the rake taken does each player earn when 6 players are dealt in?
1 / 6 = 0.16666 = ~16.67 %
If you want a good rakeback deal and BRM doesn't have anything for you, google "rakeback deals" and choose a bunch of the results, pick the ones that you think is most trustworthy, you rely on them actually paying your rakeback instead of just keeping your money. After you done that write a letter about your game, level and avg hands/month(don't be shy to exaggerate but not too much either ) and send this letter to all rakeback sites you find trustworthy. Then you will get a TON of offers to choose from and you simply pick the best offer at hand. It will take some time but it's def worth it if you're getting serious about your poker.
I hope this clarified the subject for you, Good RB deal hunting
