Hi guys, here is an important question about laws.

I'd like to know if its illegal to make that kind of exchange (with money) :
For example, i send to mister X 20$ on paypal and he send me back 20$ on fulltilt.
I know that you CAN'T do this for example with paypal and moneybooker (means A send 20 $ to paypal and B send 20$ back on moneybooker).

For 20 bucks no one will care. Try this with 20k or above and it might be interesting.

But deals like this are quite common among poker players.

I agree, a small amount won't be looked at unless the numbers start to grow.

if you really don't trust it just buy a paysafe card with your 20 Dollar
