After turning some of my poker Bankrolls to 0$ i have a breack from poker and try to find why i cant stop loosing and i think i have find the reason, its because i like severall other players try to go to stackes biguer that our bank can aford. So i am trying one more time and for the last time . This time i am going to put 1000$ in a poker site and only play sit&go of 10$ until i duble up my bankroll and if i can do that i will go to 20$ sit&go untill i have 10000$ if i can do that i will continue to play poker and if i cant do that it will be the end of poker to me so one of twoor i can be a poker player or i cant, its easy, i have read lots and lots of how to play poker articles and studied a lot at Betclick i turn 10euros to 1670 before i start loosing all.

well if you feel like you went tilt just log off and focus on something else for at least an hour or so ... otherwise you'll trow your bankroll that you worked hard enough for away in a mather of hours or even minutes
that's the only advice I can give ... other than that you just have to play it your way

Wich pokersite are you planning to deposit on and what is your nick on that site ? Keep posting updates on this forum because im sure that will motivate you to play good poker, i bet you dont want to write "lost another 200 $ because i was on tilt"

starting with a decent roll is a good idea, $1,000 for $10 SNGs means you should be able to ride out variance and if you're any good you should slowly go ^
The thing with NDBs is that it really isn't a big enough roll to take bankroll management seriously.. I mean, even if you can stick to a 'rule' the games you're playing are so crap it's boring and you take forever to build a roll.. so you take shots.. but then variance destroys you.
Starting with a decent roll could make all the difference.
