Hello,
Am I the only one, who won xmas bonus, but didnt get it? I won nordic bet 10 euro free bankroll on 7th. dec. but didnt recieve it. first my account rejected and I had to send my ID copyes again(holding it). after this my account was proven again and BRM send me a message that I do not have an account in nordic bet. But I have it, made account on 7th dec, send my full account info after that. And after this email, BRM do not answer me anymore. Does anyone here have the same bad experience?

Hang in there chrystyna. They are not instant. They need to be credited so just hang on youll get it in time (as its christmass etc id guess in 1-2 weeks) Im sure NordicShawn will help you out, dont lose faith yet.

sorry, my threat name wasnt good. I meant that, those who won xmas prize, doese they recieve it or not? Coz I didnt. and b1gfoot, I have waited about 20 days already. more than two weeks.

I didnt win anything to either...I opened every damn day from 1 to 24 but all I was seeing was soory try another day.....hopefully I will have better luck next year...

i didn't win anything in the christmas calendar promotion but clicking it was surely fun and hope there is something for all the regular clickers. all the winners be patient give brm support some time, your prizes will be soon in your account

I won tickets for Titan Poker Irish Open.....I didn't get my tickets either to top it off titan support doesn't even know any thing about it they say...
I did win 400 mob draw tickets for the draw on the 27th. Reading the info on the draw, everyone is supposed to recieve a consolation freeroll on bwin who didn't win a prize. As well anyone who opened 20 or more doors during the draw was supposed to recieve a special gift from BRM. I'm still trying to figure out what that was suppossed to be.

I beleive you are right mindhacker76, the message I received for a Bigbet double-up clearly stated that you must claim within 24hours, otherwise lose it.
I had fun checking the calendar every day.
