I'd say 1 or 3, winning 32k$ must be first. Building a bankroll from 0 ain't that cool.

Are all good stories and all players, for different reasons, deserve to be mentioned. But I have a dream: to play an EPT and to go ITM; the top would be to play a final table but I would be happy to finish 15th too Big Smile So I voted the first one Blink

I think Player A because live tournament of EPT level is harder and attract many pros.

I totally agree with you. It's one of my dream to play a big live event qualyfing online from small buy-in event or freerolls, an of course cash out on that event.

The first one deserve my respect. Also he has made a nice bankroll starting from zero (32k), so I can't vote for other option. Thumbs Up Worship

I think the B player... maybe because i want to try to do something close to him (to bad i am lame Tongue).
Anyway that C player with some Final tables is nice imho...
A player is lucky... i know he play with the best in london but... i saw some really lucky players who was high in big events and it was ONLY luck , without knowing whole his game i couldn't say to much about him.
And D player... i would say he is good if it would be like 3-6 months most of time... but 3 years?

Who in your opinion deserves the most recognition, and why....

I'd say #2, but #1 and #3 also deserve recognition.
#2 - because grinding from zero is not easy and requires a lot of patience
#1 - because qualifying for a big one is a feat in itself, more so - finishing in decent money
#3 - shows some consistency, but could be just an upswing...

I think they should all get praised as they have each earned that praise, each player has achived some thing good and by the sounds of it each at there own level of skill!
But in that vein player D has done the hardest part even thou the others sound as thou they have already done it and that is lern good bankroll management. (i think this is the hardest skill to lern)

I see many others are thinking different thing....and for a forum this is good ya!
I wish i was either of these dudes....lol
Just a memorable win would be fantastic..... Big Smile

There is many way to be a pro player. But for me the most representative is the guy that just came 3 times in a final table of the daily dollar (for more than 200$) : there, he just prove that he can make the difference in a MTT when he come in the money : indeed : each time he get in the money, he manage to be in the final table : thats what make pro's winner, they just reach more often FT when in the money Blink

A player plays regularly on a poker site, and has failed to gain much of a bankroll. He tries another site, recommended by the forum and enters a freeroll tournament we run. he wins it, and gets $2. Within 12 weeks he's built that $2 up to $350 and is consistently grinding onwards and upwards.

Thumbs Up

i would go for player D , he has after some years of strugling learned to manage a good bankroll and i believe this needs to be rewarded however that it does not say that the other choises or less difficult to archieve .

Player B, grinding a bankroll from $0, you need to be good consistently for that.
