Yes, you have a low hand, no doubt about it. 5 cards 8 or lower. You have the nut low. But are you sure you were playing Hi/Lo? Couldn't you be on a Hi only table?
If it was really a Hi/Lo table you have to contact the site support about it.

Oops. I played the tournament for two hours thinking it was Hi/Lo. That's interesting. Can't believe I lasted that long. I think this is an appropriate use of
Lol ... In my case that situation happened but I played Hi/Low thinking that was playing Omaha Pot limit. My first hand, AAKK ... go betting pot all the time and a guy calling every time. "What should has this guy?" - I was thinking. Flop an ace and ... of course ... all-in. Imagine my surprise when I saw sharing the pot with a guy showing something like 247J!
The reason you didnt win the lo hand is because you were playing Omaha Hi and not Hi/Lo
There is a certain school of thought, which I incidentally subscribe to, that before entering a competition or a ring game, you actually make sure you know what game you are playing...
You may find this beneficial..
Its particularly useful in HORSE when the hand changes from Razz to Stud.. Many a time I've gone all in with A 2 4 5 7 thinking I am a dead cert winner, only to find out the game changed five minutes ago and you are now playing Stud and your opponent has a Kings full of queens full house.

Haha, this wouldnt be the first time someone thinks is playing a certain game when it actually isnt. Here I though this was one of those posts where people think in Omaha they can play only one or no or three hole cards ,but no But hey, this happens to me sometimes too in HORSE, the razz/stud change sometimes I miss
