While I can't figure out a formula to put towards sex, I'd say that if you have a girlfriend or wife, you're around an 80% chance of having sex the next day anyway(The odds decline the longer you'e in the relationship and may drop significantly for a few days if your decision has a bad effect on her).
Finishing prize position in an MTT is probably only around a 50% or less for good players though. So if you find yourself in such a position, I'd continue with the tournament, knowing that you're not guaranteed to win your next few tournaments but you likely have high odds of getting sex in the next few days.
If anyone knows how to apply pot odds to women, this would probably help.
