I'm pissed. I'm a red pro and have no way of getting in touch with anyone at support
I find this an immediate result of full tilt's very liberal policy when it comes to handing out the red pro status. If they had to have someone 24/7 to cater to red pros requests, they'd be overwhelmed
but still...this is terrible. Does it say anything about how the hacker got to hack into the acc or anything>?

I feel the same way. If a pro doesn't get through...??? Full Tilt needs to crack down on more than a few things over there. It's one of my favourite sites, and I wouldn't want it happening to me. (Not that I have that kind of bankroll..yet...)

It's very easy to avoid being traced. Maybe he or she was connected in a wifi pub, in a library, fon point or stealing wifi from somebody. Even more, it's very easy to make an anonymous connection ... Don't forget that he is a hacker so, for sure he has taken care of that issue.

Since the scandal of potripper i´m worry about hacking poker sites. This time was a famous player who was hacked. I wonder if it happen to me. I think pokersites need to improve the security of their clients.
Looks like "Flangel" strikes again --------- Sad to here something like that happened to anyone, but after the way FT handled the Isildur1 incident, I don't feel sorry for any "FT pros" at the moment.

wow thats mad my account got hacked once but it was my mate who did it without me knowing when i checked my account i was up 10 dollars ( the little d**k) never put your password in infront of any1 ive learned that

Oh my god, thats completly sick ! how did he managed to hack this account :S it just effraid me ! so there is one important thing when you have a big bankroll, dont let to much money on your account and when you make some big win, be sure to change your password immediatly

Seems like fulltilt sites bad days are not over yet, first it was their pro caught cheating, not there is a hack of account and no help from support. Seems bad.

They can hack my FTP account ... only 2 bucks there . Anyway if people are making silly passwords or something like that they are the one to blame. I think FTP should take cash back from the account which gain it and give the cash back. It's easy to find in which game she lost cash to who. Some will think it's not fair to the guys who win? I don't think so... they would never win the cash without hacker. If the robber give you new audi in real life could you say Hey! It's mine i didn't stealed it! I think it's much easier to end this case in good way , cause they have the accounts in their data base so they can do everything nicely and fast.

this is sick. another evidence of fulltilt's slow support. they should have a guy to take care for things like this atleast for pros. maybe they can ask titan for some live support guys, lol
