Titan has changed its points earning system. How do you guys think it stack up with other poker rooms?
"Titan Poker Points are earned at ring games based on the "rake taken" during each hand. For example, if $0.50 in rake is taken at a hand, all players who contributed to the pot will receive 1.7"

If you ask me, it's a great move. This ensures that those people who really play their hands earn more points and yes it will definitely loosen up the tables. only downside was that the points earned in tourneys did not increase.
Posted by shokaku: It is not only Titan, it is the whole IPoker network. So Mansion or Victor Chandler do the same. Bad for mass multitabling super nits.

i agree its a gud move for regulars as there will be less short stacks on the table. there will be more action on the table so in a way gud for the site too. maybe it'll get more players to ipoker
There's a difference between nits and tag's, although to the aveerage Joe, there is not a noticable difference. The SSS is geared to develop Tag's so ipoker's point earning change punishes the style of player. Anyways, ipoker is a brutally crappy network and doesn't deserve anymore of my time to bitch about it.
