I think whe all have being there . You have strong hands to start with as for example AA , AK suited or KK and you play the hand as you should do but there is this fish and he beats you with 5 7 or something like that because he hits straight or small triple . Do you have the feeling to get your chips back from this guy and start to provocate by calling when he calls or raising ( when you have a acceptable card )when he has the BB or do you tell yourself let it go and see what happends . In my opinion this is not going on tilt because it's not going all in like a idiot or calling like a idiot but just starting to play a bit more agressive .

Nope, this IS tilt alright. You're trying to get back, you're making it personal. Just note that he likes to play any two cards and play accordingly, note when he's being overly aggressive on a dry board, check if he does those plays with 2 lucky pairs or low trips, etc. But don't try to chase him back
