john, tried to withdraw 620.system didnt allow because i had some 40 locked up in bonus. withdrew the available balance to 'my wallet' or whatever that is...and my 40 was taken away? i decided enough and attempted to withdraw everythin to neteller. i get msg sayin 'you are not allowed to withdraw'. what?

read terms and conditions very carefully, usually if bonus is not fully completed and you make withdraw, you lose bonus, certainly, if it was instant bonus

thats right you get given the bonus first but its not yours till you work off the points so if you withdraw before you complete the points you are not entitled to that part of the bonus ...
