I have a few 's about BBP John. Why isn't BBP in the rakeback offers here at BRM? I did find a rakeback site that does offer a BBP rakeback deal so I know it does exist. Also, how often does BBP do "reload" bonuses? and how much are your reload bonuses for? Any info would help because I am looking for a new room. I am currently at Cake and haven't seen a reload bonus for a longtime, the last reload bonus I saw sucked anyway so I didn't even bother. As a matter of fact, I have money sitting at cake atm and I haven't played since the week before X-mas just waiting to be moved. Thanks

hi john im still doing the bankroll builder going slow but steady .... what do you mean by reward points instead of cash to youre account ????
i have a lot of faith in you so im not going to worry about this though as you do a great job ill contact support when i feel i have the level completed ....hopefully it will be easier to understand soon .... it was very easy to follow before the update which occured before this one
OK. As you may or may not realize, while you're playing, as well as VIP points that you're earning to clear the Bankroll Builder promo, you also earn BigBetRewards points. These you can convert into cash straight into your account.
VIP points could ONLY be used to enter tournaments where they were an option so we have removed the VIP points and transferred the value into BigBetRewards Points.
You will now earn Rewards points only and we'll shortly release the info on how you track the Bankroll Builder and how to redeem the cash.
You absolutely won't lose out on anything and actually you're gaining in every sense as you're no longer restricted as to what you can do with your points.

Cool ....... well im confused but happy ...... have money in my account winning some tourneys ... and all from a free $10 so ill just continue and im sure the points will be credited when i hit each level ... Have to say though its great having someone from Bigbet participate in the forums ..... other poker sites should realize how much help it is for us who play there ... and if we do encounter a problem its not as bad as we have someone we know to sort it out for us here ....... Thanks for your immediate response John, I appreciate it. I have been doing a ton of research for my next room because I plan to stay there for a long time. I'm looking for rakeback and would also like to have a decent reload bonus program to go along with the room. So the frequency and reload bonus offer would play a major factor. I wish you guys a BBP could advertise your stuff better, I understand the network puts restrictions on BBP which is sad because all it does is put limitations on BBP and hinders your growth potential.
Funny thing happened after I posted yesterday, I wake up this morning and Cake sends me an offer for a reload bonus. Here are the terms:"50% bonus up to $300," this is much better than the last one about 3 months ago which was:"25% bonus up to $100." LOL, now you know why I am looking for a different room with better reload bonuses. I still have more work to do but the info you gave me was very helpful. ----------- Note: Now you know why I was asking why BBP isn't on the BRM rakeback offers list.

Support is good, i've been in touch with them.. countless times, always helpful. But you'll like the soft player base they have ^^

That's correct. Once you clear the Bankroll builder you'll move onto one of the normal levels (or better ). As BigBetRewards is effectively Rakeback we don't offer it to players who are on a free money promotion.
Obviously when you're getting free $ you can't have it all...but rest assured that once you've cleared it or deposited, you're on the best deal on Merge!
