Hello, my marketing client gave me this casino list for free, im selling it.
basically have the following:-
12,000 american records
38,000 european records
full data
Player ID User Name Full Name Email Phone Country Date of Birth Date Turned Real Lock Status VIP Level Player Type Lifetime Gross Rake Lifetime Rake Costs Lifetime House Rake Lifetime Rake After Costs Lifetime Purchases Lifetime Payments Lifetime Adjustments Period Gross Rake Period Rake Costs Period House Rake Period Purchases Period Payments Period Adjustments Wallet Balance Action Points VIP Points M-T-D VIP Points Y-T-D"
Read the part that shows what info he has, especially the part that says 'ACTION POINTS'
There is only ONE casino/poker site that uses that name for it's frequent player points.

Lol nothing you learn me here. Why do you think your e mail box is spammed by 1000 casinos... once you register at one, its finished, your informations are given everywhere... That's why i create an email box only for casino and poker !

This isn't a list of email addresses being passed around, it's EVERYTHING THE SITE HAS ON YOU INCLUDING NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH.
This is MORE than sufficient information for your identity to be used by someone else.

this sounds a bit strange...luckily i dont have an account at action poker so im not concerned, but i dont really think it would be so easy to sell a whole database of info without there being things in the way to stop you.

Well, I'm not very surprised actually. Action poker is rather unreliable in many ways. That's why I prefer big systems such as FullTilt and PokerStars.

Hi Everyone,
I am David from Action Poker Network and can confirm that this information is not from our system.
We dont actually operate "Action Points" - if you check the website you will see that players earn POP Points - we have never used the term action point nor do we support VIP Points.
Also we do not accept US players, so 12,000 names are not part of our network. Although someone in the industry is using Action Points, doesn't mean they are part of Action Poker.
Anything else you need from us, please let me know.

I suspected it didn't nessacarely have to be Action Poker. Not that I was smart enough to remember the points are called POP:s there, but because I remember playing at another site where they were actually called action points. I might be wrong, but I kinda remember it was one of the Ipoker sites.
You should be absolutely 110% sure that what u say is true (ie: evidence better than circumstancial at best). If your story is found to be bogus, your credibility will be shot to hell.
