Depends on players and info u have on them ofc.

But anyway on low stakes it's usless cause i saw so many times people are able to go all-in with AT+/KJ/KQ when they miss the flop praying they will get their cards (and ofc they got on river Blink... ) so it's not so gr8 idea about re-raise.
With the position i always call and see what they do at turn... most players if raise and got re-raise they easy call AK/AQ/AJ and they hope if they raise again u will fold (on low stakes)...

Nobody says: "could be he's holding a pair"...
Makes a big difference if you're holding 7-7 or 10-10, seen it too many times people raising hard 3-3 or 4-4 etc pre-flop.
Generally I would call.

Hi!!

You must call, no way to fold with that kind of flop. Only 'strange' overbets can make you think fold.
Don´t reraise a 4bet means you must fold and you want to pay a low price with your pair.
