Well its been about 3 hours and i almost have 1000 points, so after this 1k im good to do what ever i please with my money correct? Also as i havent deposited any money, i have no withdrawl options... Can i still withdrawl?

Guess first u have to make a deposit thru for example Neteller/Moneybookers, after that u can withdraw all.

i would just deposit 20, and then a couple of hours later withdraw the money, shouldnt be an issue then

I think he has to wait more than 24 hours to withdraw after depositing money to his account or what are the restriction at Nobel???
