Lately I have an issue with a pokersite about a deposit-bonus and was wondering how often that happens to people. I can't describe the problem in detail yet, because we are still sending e-mails back and forth (it "has been elevated to the respective department" and I am still waiting for a proper answer)
So here is my question:
Did you ever have a problem with a pokersite about a deposit / bonus / withdrawal and how was it handled?
1. No, never 2. Yes, but they handled it fast and correctly 3. Yes, and it took ages before it was settled 4. Yes, and BRM had to help me before it was settled 5. Yes, and it was never settled 6. Yes, it happens all the time so its probable me

I had a problem with the party poker NDB. When I got enough points to get the second part of the bonus, well I didn't get it.
I contacted PP support and said that I had to get in touch with BRM. But I didn't really like PP that much so I just stopped playing there instead of hassling BMR.

Only problems i ever had are related to the fact that i didnt read terms and conditions fully or at all. Otherwise i really cant complain. Only with Party Poker, i had playmoney account there and i wanted to track it with one affiliate sites to get NDB and they didnt seem to understand, what is the problem. They just send me new password and after 3. letter i gave up.

Had a deposit bonus issue with Bigbet poker but they were helpful and it was sorted within a week. It depends on the site in question. I know some sites take a long time to reply and some of those replys never solved the problem until after constant nagging.

Lol, this made me crack up
Ok, sofar 45% of you did have issues that took long to solve or were never sorted out Makes me wonder about professionality of the various sites. I am in business myself and rule no.1 is: keep the customer happy!

5. Yes, and it was never settled I moved from the US to the UK with my wife to take care of her elderly grandmother. So we are renting for the moment (from her grandmother) and the utilities aren't in our name. My money was in my wifes UK account but we weren't married yet, so we had different last names at the time
I recently had a rake issue with FTP and it took a month of nagging before I got a clear answer. Stil not sure if I like the answer, But for what it was worth, probably just let it drop this time.

the thing is when you are dealing with a poker site and they have some of your money it will hardly ever be handled in a quick / prompt fashion as they can use said moneys and or earn some interest on said moneys untill they pay it out / back. So poker sites are trying to make moneys as well as us so I always expect any thing like this to take ages....... And im normally right. There all the same so get used to it...the only poker site / affiliate that has prompt payouts is Bankrollmob, they process withdrawals very quickly.
