this is a question as opposed to a fault. What do the different sign up levels mean. I was unsure as to what my account is.
Is it sign up, e mail validation, phone validation and then id validation.
if it is as i assume then i have a second question, are the points stated cumulative or additive for signups. ie say someone signs up and goes through all four validation states would that equate to 2750 mob points or just the 1000 for level 1?

I suppose we're going to add better descriptions at the "Paytable"-page.
But for now, here goes:
Currently we run with 4 "levels of approval". The lower the number (1) the better.
------------------------------------------------ Level #1: User phone verified AND uploaded ID. When we approve a user with both ID and phone verification, we give level #1.
Level #2: User only uploaded ID and did not phone verify. So level #2 we give for approval.
Level #3: User only phone verified and did not upload ID. This is the lowest level of the "best" approval levels.
Level #4: User might have uploaded ID or phone verified himself (or just one of them). But there's something with the account that does't allow us to approve it properly. This means the user probably can't get any no deposit poker bonuses at all, as we don't want to take the risk (cause of fraud). And it's not possible for a user on level #4 to get to a better level. ------------------------------------------------
We changed the points a bit (not much). And it's not supposed to be cumulative.
For instance - you get a player to signup at level #3 and you get 500 points. If then, maybe after a few weeks, the dude decides to upload ID to get a specific no deposit bonus, he would be approved (most likely) at level #1 (since he was phone verified from level #3 before, and now ID as well). That gives you 1000 points. We will either issue the 1000 points for a level #1 signup and deduct the first 500 points from when he signed up at level #3. Or we will issue the difference (1000-500 = 500 extra for you). Don't know yet, depends on what the programmers feel is best, system-wise.
Hope this helps

You've been at level #1 since the beginning - so you will be able to get ALL our offers (if of course you don't already have an account at the sites etc)
