If you won with pocket aces at pokerstars then you should definitely contact customer support and report this problem to them

Can't say, haven played at PS for some time. The are some sites out there that will tell u in detail how many times you've won with Ameriacn airlines at PS and how much you;ve wwon. I'm sure that it'll prove that you win with them more often than u claim. Everyone remembers the bad beats far longer than the multiple wins with them.
