It always depends on the T&C, but in most cases (99,99%) you must make a deposit, before you can actually withdraw your money. You also have to rake xxx amount of points, to be able to cashout your bonus money.

This question seems auto-answered: of course not. If so ... what a easy way to make money, isn't. Depending on the site, you should play X hands or accumulate X points.

Yes it's possible, I think some guys here have made millions and been able to quit there fulltime jobs
