Agree that the break is solution, but some time a few days will not be enough, sometimes a few weeks. But for sure if you are in tilt better dont play. After you think you are Ok the good solution is play on other poker rooms, I hope you dont play only in 1 poker room. If not just try some others poker rooms too and I hope you will find the best. But remeber how much pokers rooms you will play you will have downstrikes in any poker rooms, so just dont play poker in this time. You can try from time to time to play and if you still loose dont play again. And When you dont play I sugest read more books about poker and make analises of played hands to see yur mistakes and in future dont make this mistakes again. Sorry, I know my English is not good, but I hope you understand me.

same situation here too lol, i hate river cards or coin flips or when i lost with the best hand lol. lots of tourneys losts and of course lot of money i remember a hand where i had KK, i raise preflop in the BU, all in the table folded and only one in middle re-raise, i push allin and of course he called. when i saw his cards i couldnt believe what he had...... 3-5 , and the flop came with a 3, turn 5 and i finished with 300chips aprox.. i had a very bad day that night
