Hey mobsters
I just create this thread to share what's happening to me now : im going to the upper limit. I was playing 6plyrs 2$ sng's, but now, since i made some cash with an MTT, i can play 6$ sng's (my bankroll is now 194$, and i started to play 6$ sng when my bankroll was 140$). For now, it works real good in this limit (with a 100$ profit in 60 games) and i hope it will keep on working ! At start i was a lil bit effraid to play in this limit and my game was not that good (losing all final heads up), but i fastly take back control of the situation and now im playing those 6$ sng's as it was 2$ (only difference is that the lvl is damn better ).
So what about your experience in changing of limit. And if you have any suggestion or comment about what i'm doing, just share it.

The only thing i see wrong is your bankroll managment, You need 40-50 buy ins for SnG's. You maybe on an upswing at the moment, which is nice, but if a big downswing hits you byebye bank roll.
I was just reading about a fella who had a 20 game losing streak, he didnt cash once, bare that in mind, otherwise - good job

nice job but joe jeavons is right my first time i lost all my bankroll because i was badlucky for like a month and i ruin my bankroll because my bankroll management was not good

Playing $6 games with a $140 is a bit scary, on the other hand if u feel convident and drop dwon when u run bad its not really a problem. Be sure ur money isnt scared else ur missing spots cos ur playing too scared.

That's it! I'm sticking to my Bankroll management because I've been down to $6 from $50 NDB. Now back at $60. Playing $1 sit&go's up until $80, then moving to $2 s&g's. Painfully slow, but safe for the bankroll.
I noticed that if I played higher in relation to my bankroll...it's scared money, like doomdy says. You can't play your game that way.
Good luck though with your BR. Just go down limits if you go on a losing streak.

good job and nice to hear about new lvl just keeping pushing and dont scary nothing justplay your game and get more money just play clever and also cool head game and u will soon up to new lvl good luck all

nice work dude be careful for the bad days ... you do that ... and your bankroll is gonna go up post a new tread when you move up to higher s&g its always cool to know how other brmobster are doing

Okay thx for this comment, i thought 20 buy in were enough, but well, its true that a big downsing might be bad for me. Im now at 226, so im soon reaching the 40 buy ins looking at my 2$ sessions, i see that my worst downswing was a 10 buy in downswing, only once. So now, i think i'm in a safe zone. yet to confirm for sure

I'm really confident enough now, and since i hold an excell sheet with statistics, i can analyze cool and objectivly my sessions : It Seems that my game is really similar as this with 2$ buy ins (all % are really near, but well i need yet more games to find it reliable).
Thx for your answers. Ill be careful to my managment now, it was a mistake (i based my managment to my cashgame strategy where 20 buy ins were enough to go in a limit).
------------ Oh and another interesting point in this limit is that people are more able to make deals, what is interesting to avoid always finish 2nd where you are not that well paid (6plyrs sng's, you dont even double your buy in coming 2nd).

gud that you are playing well and winning in those 6$ sngs . when u started you only had 20 buyins but now don't shift limits this time with lesser buyins , you are now in a comfortable position so build up and then shift. gl and keep us updated

Ur on a good track imo (goed bezig ), still carefull with the buyinns thingy, u dont wanna bust ur roll in 1 big tilt session, think better is 50 buyinns or even 100 buyinn
