a few days a go i create account at 888poker throw bankrollmob i didnt get the 8$. First on the live chat there tell me must wait 24 hours net day they tellme yo dont make registration throw bankrollmob.....thats really ajoke. They needed new player with lies its a shame

If you deleted your cookies first and then downloaded the software through BRM, you should be entitled to get the $8. Live chat staff are not always aware of all the rules, so it is best to write an email to 888. Be polite and persistant and most of all... patient. Most cases like this are solved after some time ( 24 hrs to 3 weeks), but if you give up easily, you never get it.
