Hey guys, I joined the noble poker no deposit bonus. got 25 euro and unfortunaly wasted that money, so I decided to make a deposit. (more then $30) And played with my money and won. Also got $100 in weekly depositors freeroll. I tried to cashout and they told me to get 1000 points. Ok no problem I said and played along. made some more money and end up at 120 euro. So I had like 1300 points 2 days later and request a payout at 27-01. more then 3 days ago. Now they tell me over the phone that its a security check and takes a bit longer at first cashout. Well ok thats possible, but I had never waited that long for money on this network. I mean, I also play at william hill and my first cashout was within 48 hours. Is there anyone else having the same problems waiting for money like me?

It's really weird that they ask you to do 1000 points before you could make a cash out. Usually when you make a deposit you don't haveany restriction to withdraw your money.
About the security check, it's often thta pokersites request ID verification and Adress verification, and it could take a a little to get your documents aproveed.

I asked for a cashout on Thursday evening. They sent me an email asking for the usual documents the next morning. The money was on my moneybookers account today at4 PM. Quite quick I find for a first withdrawl. Don't know why it's taking so long for you

Dont worry, you will get your money. Noble Poker is a big pokerroom and they dont want bad publicity, but is is normal that the first cashout takes a bit longer time.

I already sent them documents before. because I request a payout before they first askt me to send documents, and later told me to get 1000 points to withdraw even if you play your own money. Today they wanted my phonenumber again and promised me $10 bonus in the mail if I provide my phonenumber..... pretty weird. So I am waiting 4 days now. have called 3 times and feel pretty much rigged because they hold my money for no reason.

We are all required to accumulate 1k points , before we are able to cashout. Maybe simply read the T&C next time? You are wasting their time with stupid questions actually.. lol
