This. i'll play it again when I get a roll worthy of 10NL, mainly for the rakeback thing. But given the tightness, it is all - wait for a monster hand - steal from BU or CO - fold otherwise

i think even being break even could be hard for most ppl at rush poker.. lets say live is the standard speed of poker, "1x", then there is online poker, we all know and play, i'd rate it as "10x" faster compared to live poker and now we ve rush poker; this is a new dimension of speed in poker! i think its hard to rate it at all, but should be somewhere arround +"25x" faster than live poker.. and now most ppl think they can make big moneys, by playing MEGA NIT at rush poker, i mean, wtf? i think arround 80% of the players will turn into mega nits and that means you will more often run into better hands than ur holding and you will have even MORE bad beats in much shorter peroid of time.. and stealing from BU or CO will be more common in rush poker, so i dont think most ppl will respect your raises, unless they are holding mega crap hands like 23, 27 and s**t...

Just played rush poker for the first time. Didn't play for long cos I just wanted to see what it was like. I started playing 5/10 although I would usually play higher levels on normal tables. bought in for 8 dollars and very quickly made a profit. I think thats when I got a bit too cocky and started playing hands I shouldn't. At one point I fell below my buy-in and in the end I left with just 30c more than i started with.
My thoughts are it is something I could get used to. It was fun, especially when I was winning. Definitely will have another go when I have more time as I have to go out now after I post this. I didn't think that it could replace my normal way of playing poker and there are some things I didn't like about it. You don't get to hang around and see if you made a good fold or not is one thing although you can still look at hand history but you play so many hands it's hard to look back. I suspect that many people in late position fold hands too soon, you might get the odds to call if you wait. Another thing I noticed is it's very addictive. I wanted to bail out when I dropped down to 12 dollars but I couldn't find a hand to finish on. Usually I leave when i'm next in the big blind but that's impossible to work out here. I would try and leave a few hands after posting the blind but it always seemed to come too soon and it didn't feel right leaving having just paid it. I do think it will stick around though. It seems a good way to clear bonuses and is a very good niche for full tilt.

play some maybe 2 hours and its really bankrupt me bacause its the easy way to loose yours money a lot off donkey and fishers play here and not one but 2 or 3 at the table in the same time just put all in with 6-8 or 8-10 and call with 6-7 or 2-3 is really unbelieveble for me but not for over donkey
so good luck who play and like it i decide never play in future rush poker

i think fulltilt will be makin more money as more rake will be generated due to more hands per hour though agree there might not be big pots that often

thats wrong, because ppl will either push allin(big pots) or fold(no pots) and those medium pots wont be no more, or a lot less at least...
