Nice thread, i really dont know but very intrested, my plan was to go too WSOP this year thru a SAT or just buyinn with my bankroll but offcourse i prefer thru a SAT. I have no clue which site is best for this, i play at PKR and they run many good step SATS for this.

i don't think its easy to win at any site as there will be some serious competition at the final stages and you will be playing against the sharks not donks at any site. it'll be more difficult to win if you try to get from lower stages/lower buyin games. imo you shud try at sites having more traffic so that more seats at offer so your chances are more

I agree with supernoob, maybe some rooms are easier than others in first steps but then you have to play against sharks. my vote, in this meaning, went to cake poker: no HUDs or trackers allowed there (I heard it: is it right?) so less good players there I can guess

Most SATs are steps to win full buyinn in lets say 3 or 4 steps, start with $5 SAT and work ur way up to WSOP buyinn event, PKR had many last season, SATs for 3K/6K and 12K packages, i didnt play them, last year, planning to do them this year

I believe, from the list presented, the easiest is Pokerstars, but just because it is the one with more places available. If you think it will be easier than in any other poker rooms, you can forget about it, because it will be very hard. By the way, let me tell you a little story: i have a friend who won last year a free WSOP entrance, but he was only 17 years old and they didnt let him participate. Remember, to be there, you need to be at least 21 years old. (they gave him a consolation prize of $1,500).

At PacificPoker are always interesting step tourneys for big live events. Mostly three rounds to reach the final - sometimes 1 of 4, sometimes 1 of 5 reach the next round - thats absolutely doable. I was in the final for a Irish Poker Open package a few days ago, but there is only one guaranteed and damn difficult to win - you need the cards on your side - but someday...

Hello everybody! The guys you want to qualify for the WSOP. I wondered. Is there a lot of you who have already participated in tournaments live with a big buy-in? See you soon for new posts!

That was my dream too but I dont like getting fingers stuck up my butt and flight would be just disastrous for me and my smoking habbit. Also no smoking on WSOP which means I would be more away from table than at the table. As being realistic I just gave up the idea. Cash games more or less but day long tournament, no way.

Hmmm good thread makes you think about where you play specially if you need a sat to go to the WSOP. You got to go where the seats are id say so who ever has the most seats up for grabs must be the best place to play? yeah?! I think it was FTP last year they did a massive tourny with (i think) like 200 seats (i might be wrong, could have been a dream...lol) Im sure it was on FTP any one know for sure? LOts of votes for PS but i wouldnt know as i dont play there. Maybe its time for a move to a different site ?
