Every month, the sports site ESPN writes a column on their website called "The Nuts" where they list who they think the top 10 poker players in the world are at the moment. If one look back at previous months of "The Nuts", it stands clear that Phil Ivey is the big favorite (maybe not such a big surprise to anyone?). Posted by Fackinas: WTF is Jason Marcier? First time heard about him.. First place O.K Second place : O.K Third shoud be Daniel Negreanu . Thats My opinion... Good Luck at the Tables.
He won San Remo EPT at 2008 and a WSOP bracelet in 2009. I remember watching him on TV how made an incredible call against Koskas: Juan Pastor (PokerStars pro), who is the commentarist in Spain, was feeling a poker orgasm ... See video if you want: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cea3tAZx8x0

too bad there are no ladies involved in this top player list, out of these players I admire Daniel Negreanu reading skills, he is still one of the best. Patrik is also great.

My top 10...not based on anything other than that they "click" for me.
#4 to #10 (no order)
Patrik Antonius (favorite to watch online mostly) Phil Ivey (has to be there) David Benyamine (seems fun, enjoys the game...something most of us forget to do) Daniel Negreanu (lucky guesses, good range reading, Canadian) Antonio Esfandiari (chill dude, good deep stack tourney player, no surprise he was like 28th in WSOPME 09, shoulda FT'd imo) Phil Laak (hilarious)
Top 3
3. Brad Booth (position in cement for committing blasphemy + being Canadian) 2. Phil Hellmuth (the guy you love to hate, always makes it interesting whether he wins, loses, or breaks even) 1. Chris Ferguson (humble, respectful, classy dude that you really can't dislike)
I guess my list is too much personality-based. Ivey, Hellmuth, Doyle, Chan, Hansen, ooh Beth Shak
