Do you mean 1500 raked hands? Lots of sites say you need to have a certain amount of raked hands to clear a bonus or that you only receive points from a raked hand. The difference between a raked hand and a non-raked hand is that the poker site takes some of the money from the pot in a raked hand, usually after the pot reachers a certain size.
If this is what you mean, then you'll have to check whether the conditions state that you need to contribute to 1500 raked hands or whether you simply need to be dealt cards in 1500 raked hands. Most sites though don't give statistics that vary between raked hands and non raked but you can guess at how many hands are raked.
I've never heard of "ranked" hands though, at least not in this context. How a hand is ranked usually refers to its status in the game, ie four of a kind is ranked above a straight but that makes no sense referring to clearing a bonus. Could refer to hands that go to the flop but I doubt it. Which site is this?

A raked hand is a hand where a rake has been taken from the pot. If the pot is too small the poker site will not take any money from the pot. Once the pot reachers a certain size a small percentage will be taken for the poker site. This is called the rake.
for eg the small blinds calls preflop but folds to a bet on the flop. the bb takes the pot of two big blinds. this hand will not be raked. if the small blind raises to three big blinds but folds to a re-raise, the bb takes the pot of six big blinds. this hand will be raked.
Most hands with a raise and a call will be raked but it all depends how tight the table is. Hope that makes sense.

BTW, on Cereus raked hand is hand where rake has been taken and you have contributed to the pot. For Stud games, on Cereus antes dont count as contribution to the pot, only completed bet counts.

Cash games is where the raked hands are accounted for,If they state the rake has to be a certain amount then a minimum rake would not count but most usually are any amount of rake
