does online support make it a better poker site (if working)

instead of using my own money ive signed up to noble poker through bankrollmob,
signed up about a hour ago and tryed to enter the bankrollmob free roll, but it wont let, so i tryed to talk to the noble chat manager and its not working, thats not good to a new player just joining,
got to wait 2-4 days for my NDB so untill then wont il be able to play the bankroll mob freerolls??
what a joke online support is down...... i dont think il be depositing here after my NDB....

Sure. A good support team is a great plus to a poker site. However, if you find you need to contact support more often than you feel comfortable, then I don't think the fact that they have zero delay in answering or extremely good service will change the fact that I would leave the site anyway..

I had the same issue and I emailed them. After a few hours I recieved a reply saying to take a "screen dump" of the problem or give more detail. At the time, basically the register button was greyed out. SO I emailed back.
Then that came good but when i clicked it it said that there were problems and to contact support. So I emailed them again and this is the response:

Thank you for choosing Noble Poker. This is Maijie from the Support Team.
Kindly try to register again and you may follow the instructions below in order for you to be able to register in the tournament:
Before attempting to play any tournaments, you should leave the client on the lobby for a period of time. This will allow all the components of the client to be downloaded silently in the background. The length of time required will vary depending on the speed of your connection. Once all components have been correctly downloaded, you should be able to play.
You may have to uninstall the client, and then reinstall it.
Please let us know if you still encounter an error.

It is always a great thing to have support helping you 24/7, I think it shows how the pokerroom cares about its customer, the support should be fast, because you are paying for their services playing poker there.

usualy you get a instant bonus at noble poker !? their support is good anyways, they even called me at home (first time ever happened that a poker room calls me) and ask me if im happy and so on. 200% is always worth to deposit imo as its not that hard to generate the points on noble poker.

it really helps if a poker site has a good support, makes you comfortable while depositing your money there especially for the new sites. btw you just requested for ndb, it'll take some time to get ur name into their system.

no i signed up 1 week ago but was given the wrong bonus code so get your facts straight, had to sign up again early on so you get a life, donk

I don't know how you signed up for it a week ago. The Noble Poker no deposit bonus was closed January 19th and re-opened yesterday (but only today the correct bonuscode was released) - and you also applied for the bonus today.

As for depositing the site - im sure thers loads of better places to put your money in, than ipoker network - games range is not so good.

hmmm another hero, get ya facts straight i was looking for a new site because my old 1 changed the action points system
and yes i was moaning because on line support was down and not because i wanted to play in brm freeroll the main reason was because i was gonna deposit my bankroll from another site into there..
would you deposit on a site if the support was down and need answers about a deposit and am talkin about one like $300 you want some answer about rake back and action points match up bonuses,
but after all that i oped for the NDB so it doesnt matter now ok
( cmon brm give serbia some slack...
