They always say that.... or they just tell you some thing different all together....they always have delays....I play on tiger gaming so when, that happens I hit them with email after email..cause it's you re money, you've won it on there site so they owe it too you, after getting very angry with the room on action..I ended up finding out that action (network) owns most or all the skins on that network, that's why there's always delay's...no matter what room you play...... Keep at them, fire a another email off and don't stop.....they must be always broke on that network...why you need too wait so long for you're money, they must wait untill they have enough deposit's made to cover there pay outs, before they pay out any one.

Hi!!
Good luck with your cashout. When a site take a lot of time to give money to MB or Neteller, bad thing. Send thousands of mails to support until they pay. Go thinking to cashout all your bank in the site.
Posted by dodie: I've just talked to Live Support. They told me that within 5 hours, I will have my money in my Moneybookers account.
I'ts 18:45 here. Let's see what happens...
will you get it or wont you ???hmmmmm why 5 hours i think that they are playing with you... they can if they want just do it ina instant transfer, why dont they just do that, i dont think they have your money..

I'm going to make another withdraw tomorrow, to test the speed and see if it's true what they say in their website: "Withdrawal by Moneybookers (48-72 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday)"

Well i can confirm, that actionpoker network withdrawals sometimes are very slow, especially to bigger amounts, my longest waiting time was ~2 weeks, the email was the same for me too. So watch out, they could go broke soon
