With the average IQ of football players in mind, I wouldn't hold my breath, but you never know. And since even a large pokertable doesn't have enough "green" to play soccer on, he might still go for table-football if this carreeer doesn't work out Poker is, like soccer, more and more about money instead of about the game

I think that Partypoker got him only for his name and face to gain more costumers. Take a great player from the most famous game of the world. Don't think he is a good poker player.

What having a football player at your site gives you a head start? what! Italians are a feeble type if there gonna go play poker just coz a football player they like plays there? Can this be true? I know poeple follow footy but a single player ? I just not sure as i'm not a great lover of "the game"
