Today i've got this 25$ bonus at party poker, at mob page it's said that this bonus is no deposit but to make a real money account at party poker they say i must first make a deposit, so? Is it or not a NO DEPOSIT bonus and if yes how to create real money account without depositing.

Since you have already received the $25 bonus without making a deposit, I would say that it' fully qualifies as a no deposit bonus But that's also the whole point of the bonus. In order to get a real money account, you just have to register your details with the cashier (some sites require a payment method to be registered too), but no deposit is necessary.

If there is actually no deposit needed by the cashier, then this is a true no deposit bonus, if there is a deposit needed to make a real money account, then I wouldn't list it as NDB. But since I already have real money account at PartyPoker, I don't care.
But that's also the whole point of the
