I been playing poker for 4 years and have played at every site almost i have maid well over 10k so if it was a con i would not have win all that money, at times it feels like a con eg. when you lose on a 95% chance, but a lot of players do silly things like all in pre with 33 vs ak then when they lose they say its a con you must be honest with your self, the worse thing that happen to me was i lose 9 all ins in a row with 80% chance and above and i lose on kk pre 5 times in a row but that took 2 years of play to see them sort off bad beats at the time it feel like a con but that was 2 years agos , i often win 10 sit and gos heads up in a row and i dont lose that often at cash to, the more years you play the easyer it gets arther i year of play i thought i was the best player in there was now i look back i see how crap i was then
poker is a lot like sex every1 thinks they are the best at it but most people do not have a cue

thats betting from $10 to $50 it you work out the odds its a good start i only play 8 hours a week i started with $100 if you not worth millions how do you bet millions its a part time job for me , how much have you maid, and before you comment on win % ask 1st ask how much i bet each game now work out the % hot shot and when i say over 10k it 18,500 i maid, and my 1st year i played free money so 18,000 / 3 = 6,000 a year and thats £ buy the way so $10,000 a year looks good to me and anyway i was more making the point that crap players do dumb moves and then say the games a con

10k in 4 years is not very much, but better than losing it

Dont know if i even may speak, coz im breakeven player, but as hobby your result looks very fine -you get to play poker and get profit from it. Lets be honest, it takes lots and lots of work to becam winning player, so in the end its like job you do. For me, poker is replacement for slight gambling addiction i had.

£ 2,500 a year isnt much...but think of it like this... 1: You get to increase your stakes (and possible profits) each year by quite a margin,
2: For 2.5k you can take the missus on holliday to the carribian and she wont even think about whining about the time you spend on poker. either way your a winner.
Being a winning player at smaller stakes is 100% better than being a breakeven/losing player at higher stakes.
