if it is a daily limit it normally says so "no bankrolls at this time" normally means the offer is not current, pending any possible future offer..

Well i don't know. But there are several affiliate sites where you can get rakeback and first deposit bonus even no deposit. If brm is not a party anymore, you can try elsewhere.
