I made an account. Could log in. But i did not receive activation email so i cant request for bonus. What to do. This would be a great bonus I i get it. I once played very briefly on that netwwork. I live in finland so i should get it?

Of course you can request, but you might not get the bonus at first, if your account is not "ready" No harm will be done, you can just have your request re-processed, if necessary.
You have 2 options:
1) Try to request the bonus anyway and we'll see in a few days whether or not they have been able to credit your account.
2) Contact walker poker and to have your e-mail address verified somehow, and then request the bonus.
